**THIS IS THE 1ST OF A 2-PART SERIES. PART 2 WILL BE LIVE AND LINKED ON MAY 5, 2026.**

With the exponential pricing increases everywhere, who doesn’t like saving a buck in this day and age? I know I do, and it isn’t a new feeling.

When my husband and I first started going to Sandals in 2016, we could only just afford it. So I spent a lot of time doing my homework and discovering how to save there.

In this post, I’m going to highlight the discounts that you can use on a Sandals or Beaches vacation. Some of these will have their own videos later as well, but this will list them all with minimal general explanations. There’s a lot of ground to cover, so I’m splitting it into two parts. The ones I’m going to mention in this part are easy to find on the website at either sandals.com or beaches.com. They’re also available to you, whether you’re a first-time guest or you’ve been going for 40 years. The discounts I’ll mention in part 2 either aren’t on the sites at all or require certain prerequisites to qualify.

The first is their main promotion at any given time. I’m using the Sandals site for my screenshot, but the Beaches side will look roughly the same. This info is at the top of the website when you first navigate there.

In this case, it’s the Summer Loving Sale that runs through at least May 4th. (I’m creating this video on May 2nd, and clearly don’t know if this promotion will change to something new or be extended and continue longer. It could go either way at this point.)

This main page shows the components of this promotion that Sandals or Beaches is highlighting. Not all of these are extras on a booking, but I’ll get more into that in another post. When they offer any combination of a spa, resort, or excursion credit, you need to register for those. Please make sure you review the terms & conditions to see if you need to register, as you have only a limited time to do so with a given promo.

At the time this video was created, another promo was running called the Curaçao Summer Sale. Since it’s near the end of the promo, this is highlighted at the top of the website. When it first began, it wasn’t there right away. The first time I saw one of these extra promos, it was on a mini pop-up banner thing that follows your scroll on the website.

I call this a pop-up promo only because of how I discovered it. This Curaçao Summer Sale has some serious extras, but since it ends soon after I’m creating this video, I’m not going to go into those right now. This is also the first of these, so I’m not sure Sandals or Beaches will continue with them in the future. The Beaches side of things has one right now that lasts longer than the Sandals one, so it’s entirely possible that these will become regular fixtures.

The third promo, which is also easy to find on the website, is the 777 sale, or Suite Deals as they advertise it. This can be found for both Sandals or Beaches. The looks of the websites for each side are very similar. There are some color differences, though, so I’m going to include screenshots of both just to be thorough.

The 777 sale will have its own post, but trust me, it’s a killer deal. It’s a 7-day offer with an extra 7% off on 7 rooms. If you’re brand new to Sandals, that extra 7% may not sound like much, but it is. It isn’t just 7% off the final balance: The extra 7% comes off the rack rate, which is the ungodly number that most guests don’t really pay. Since pricing components vary by resort and room, it’s impossible to give a general number for how much the 777 sale really saves. But for 7-night stays in the low season of 2027, it’s between 13% and just under 23% lower than the non-777 final price. It’s also THE best discount offered on at least 98% of all rooms in the entire Sandals & Beaches portfolio.

A lot of people have the misconception that you have to book a 7 night stay to get the 777 pricing. This is absolutely not true, and like most of Sandals or Beaches basic pricing components, it only requires a minimum of a 3 night stay. This sale is also stackable with other promotions, and can help you achieve some seriously killer savings on a trip.

The 777 sale is definitely my big thing. Because of this, you’ll see a ton of that content from me in the future.

The final true discount that’s easy to find and offered to even first-time guests without meeting prerequisites is Last Minute Deals. These can be found for both Sandals & Beaches.

These Last Minute Deals are decent savings, as they add a free night to shorter stays to fill hotel rooms. The downside is that they usually only list these for up to 3 months at a time. With that shorter booking window, you may risk paying higher airfares than if you were to book further in the future, so I recommend taking that into consideration. You will also be limited in your room options in these cases, especially right now, when 3 Jamaica hotels are still closed due to Hurricane Melissa. These are offered for 3-, 4-, or 5-night stays, varying by hotel, and offer about 20-33% savings on a given room. These are technically an even better deal than the 777, but you won’t see me pushing them much because they’re pretty restrictive to travel dates. These are also not applicable to every room. For example, the overwater villas and bungalows aren’t usually included, and the Ochi ML luxury room is currently not on offer.

I’m approaching the length limit I’ve set for myself on these posts and videos, so I’m going to cut this here. Part 2 will be coming soon, and thank you for checking this out!
